They support the construction industry to have a skilled, competent and inclusive workforce, now and in the future. Their initiatives are crucial for ensuring sustainable growth and innovation.

The Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) is the sole ID and competence card scheme for electrotechnical operatives in the UK and is recognised and endorsed by the industry.

All of our engineers of all skill levels from Apprentice to Directors hold a valid ECS card. This ensures that our workforce maintains the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Holding an ECS card proves:

your qualification status,

electrotechnical occupations,

your experience and relevant employer endorsements,

your identity,

your health, safety and environmental awareness,

adherence to industry CPD requirements and Codes of Professional Practice, and

any additional disciplines in which you are skilled to work.

Our engineers hold UKATA certification and attend annual refresher training course.
